This section of the Concept2 website gives a great introduction to the basics of the rowing stroke, as well as some discussion of rowing as exercise and how to get the most out of your rowing machine (if you happen to own one). The basics of all of this information will be covered our Learn to Row programs, but feel free to read up and delve as deep into the technical side of the sport as you’d like! It’ll only make you a better rower!
